Question Few Questions about 1999 LE models

I saw this 1999 corolla LE model and the owner said that this LE model has a better suspension than other corollas? She said that it makes the car feel more like a heavier bigger car.....do the LE models has a different suspension?

Also there is also a upgraded uphostery for this car but i couldnt tell where the upgrade is....no wood trims/aluminum stuffs. I ask her and she said she doesnt know because the car belongs to her husband. Anyone know what the upgrade uphostery mean? (She think its the seats which are better than standard) Plz help
