X5 Awd

I have an E30 325ix, also I want to see the AWD parts of the X5.
I couldn't found any on internet.

Is there any picture of a X5 (bottom view) ?

1. Are the all X5s have same differential ratio and transfer case?

2. What diff ratios do they have?

3. Do they have any common part with E46 Xi models? or they are exactly same?

4. Is X5 permanent AWD or shiftable?
