1997 astro awd 4.3l engine into a 1991 astro awd 4.3l
Does anyone know if I could easily swap a 1997 astro awd 4.3l engine into a 1991 astro awd 4.3l. Would I have a problem with the 1997 aluminum oil pan and my 700 r4 transmission. Would it bolt right up or would I have to swap oil pans. I would like to keep the aluminum pan if possible. Thanks.
