Greddy Evo IMO sounds like a weed whacker.(not trying to offend EVO owners) The N1 sounds like a BOMB!!!!

Well good for you.
I choose Tanabe for it's hp outputs and because everybody and their momma has a Greddy.

i love the way the EVO sounds. a lot of my friends cars are just loud as all hell even when idling at <1000 rpm. with the EVO you dont even hear it unless youre out of the car and its just a low rumble. mmm.... i have a friend with the apexi and he doesnt have a cat, so its just insanely loud. pretty well straight annoying..but the lack of a cat doesnt really help that

greddy all the way. match that muffler with trust piping. good deap sound. the n1 is SOOO ANNOYING unless its on a car making some respectable power.

neither...
N-1 is too loud. Evo sounds like shit. (yes u may like it, but this is jus my opinion) tanabe is VERY nice, but i enjoy my no-name hayame exhaust. nice an deep w/ out being loud.

why not go with the greddy SP? thats what i have and it is quiet like everyone said, well atleast... until WOT. who wants to be annoying? screw power outputs, oh noooo there is a difference of like 1-2 maybe MAYBE 3HP between aftermarket exhausts. one thing everyone has to remember is cars are made slightly different at the factory. some run HOT and some are duds. now if the exhaust tests were made with about 6 or 7 cars with the acquired exhausts then i will shut up. i seriously doubt this though. (who would line up 6-7 tegs just to do tests, i know it sounds stupid, but it is of the up-most importance). this is the only was to see results. i know that the LS teg runs anywhere from 137-147HP of course, flywheel from the factory.

no-name exhausts is something i would consider. not everyone is made of money. just make sure u get 2.25" piping. a friend of mine had the greddy on his lude, thats why i got it for my car. dont get the ANNOYING one, please spare us all.

I've heard that the apexi N1 has better quaility than the greddy. I've heard people talk about early corrosion and rust on the greddy early on about a year into owning it while the N1 doesn't rust as fast. But neither exhaust lasts forever. I'd choose Apexi N1, but as I heard it's loud as HELL and I don't like tickets.
