after some thought, I found that I change front fork on the aluminium from yamaha m1

but I have to plugged a few holes and thicken at the height of the bottom bracket

To complete I made a light bulb



piece of transparent frame



change in diameter



and polishing



then cut a circle with a diameter of 3 mm with a brass plaque with a thickness of 0.1 mm



drilled a hole with a diameter of 1.5 mm and soldered brass tube of the same diameter



then I put this 1.5mm tube with solder plaque into the tube outer diameter of 2.4 mm and bent the edges of a small hammer to form the collar.
At the tip of transparent frame I added a little bit of light curing putty

Now my way to the dented fuel tank
Using vacuum forming I made a copy of the tank







then I crushed the tank in the right way



and I made a plaster cast



next using vacuum forming I made with a polistyren sheet a copy of crushed tank





I cut the upper part of the original tank and pasted dented tank top

And why so ruined the fuel tank?
