this is going to be awesome!

one thing though. one GOOD shot of the model... well if its a curb-side kit no problem. What about engine detail? Any suggestion for models being submitted with engine detail? Its very hard to capture detail in the engine bay while getting a good shot of the lines of the car at the same time! Those models with engine detail would be sacrificing some of the details on the exterior to get that shot where a curb-side kit would have an advantage.
The rules are the rules, just wanted to hear your say on this.

and thanks to those that have put the time money and effort into making this possible!

pman you haven't answered this question and I'm also interested.
Should we make a new model for the contest or can we use a model which is already posted in older thread? (built in 2003 ofcource)

Thanx!

Re: 2003 A.F Model Of The Year Contest

You can use a model from a older thread that has already been built.
If you do happen to finish a model in December and post a thread with finished pics i guess it will give you a advantage.(if there is a entry left open)
There's nothing stopping you dragging up your thread from the year if you wish

Further to that line of questioning. Will links to progress/completed threads be allowed on the contest page?

The model has to be completed, it can't be in-progress. It has to be done. If you happen to finish the RX7 before all the spots are taken, you can enter it.

Hello!

For P-Man, one question

I wanted compete with my 206 Redvolution, but by difficulties with the language not left all clear one...

I also send to you one image only of the model and an image with a paper that puts "AutomotiveForums" and my nickname, that's all right??

It tell me if it is right or no, and if it fails or it lacks something...

I hope that they understand to me well, excuse for my English...

A greeting and thousand thanks

Re: 2003 A.F Model Of The Year Contest

Not long to go now.
Still have 12 places to fill up yet, so if you want to be in you had better be quick.
