835, if you want it be as realistic and detail as possible then paint it. THe inner disc is pose to be brighter in colour.
Look at the real merc's disc.
kurtl's homepage has got good set up for the merc's and so does huudo's.

Looking good Seb! I'm guessing all the lighter areas on the undertray are carbon fibre?

now i will start on interior detailing (cable, carbon fiber ...), and body painting.

phil : yes it s cabon fiber decal, perhaps the undertray is not accurate as i think all the area must carbon fiber covered, but i like the way it looks now, and moreover when car put on wheels, we see nothing ;-)

I don't know if it is accurate either but having a mix of textures and even colours does make the large flat surface of the model look more interesting and real. Keep up the good work Seb.

Hi friends, sorry for lack of update,
i am carbon decalling the interior of clk, so making template, cutting and putting decal take a moment...it is not boring but long....
