Awww....crap........I got the 95 maxima rear KYB AGX shocks and tried them on for size....first of all the the bottom perch sits higher than my stock shock. Which means higher ride!!!!!!! I saw the difference and installed them anyways...it was easy but I was disappointed. My car looks like a vacuum cleaner...I say it is almso back to stock hieght even with my H&R springs......The front KYB AGX are still fine and correct...but the maxima rear shocks I used sit too high....I drove the car around alittle and it rides alot better...I didn't know my shocks were that blown....anyways need to figure out how to go about this....maybe I will just get the Koni when it comes out for the rears.....I don't understand why people say the Konis worked on their cars....shouldn't KYB be the same specs??? Please help...I need to figure this out...

iirc, most p11's on this board who were running koni's in the rear also have ground control's so height really wasn't an issue for them...

so the rear max agx's made it higher??? weird. is it still kinda low, like maybe a half inch drop or just like stock exactly??? cause i was thinking of doing the same thing.

Get some new rear upper B14/P11 mounts from Motivational Engineering (www.motivational.net). They're only like $65 and will give you much more travel with the rear shocks. Motivational has mounts for coilovers and regular springs.
