Also it's probably because the topic of being gay is not so "taboo" as it used to be and they feel more comfortable about talking about it. Also a lot of people seem to think that being gay is trendy at the moment. Half of them aren't truly gay at all, they just think it's cool to say so.

Its not just gay people though. Religous people here do the same. The topic of sex is the same way. I dont bring up that I have sex before marriage, I dont feel the need to wait to do that. So please, dont keep bringin up that you are waiting. Unless that happens to be the topic of discussion. I dont need to hear it all the time.

Yeah, I only dislike the attitudes of the religous people who try to push their views all the time - like the door knockers. Its obvious you don't want a bar of it, but they are always in your face. I hate that, its inconsiderate and plain rude if you axe me.
