another 'old' thread....thanks buddy
 Guess it depends who is funding the study as to what the conclusions are.I can only speak from personal experience, but it would appear that cannabis,especially when abused in conjunction with alcohol,can have severe effects on mental health.Also,my work brings me into contact with quite a few people who have embraced the cannabis culture.As a generalisation,they seem to be the people who can't make it to work on time,can't hold down a relationship,fall foul of the law,etc,etc...... Of course there may be successful stoners[an oxymoron in my dictionary,but stil..] among my colleagues,but as a rule,the habitual users appear easy to spot.
