put an add in your local newspaper classifeids of hes car for a really really cheap price like 100-200 bucks, put hes phone number and everything, he will get like a bazillion calls, or if its cold outside, like snowing cold, at night go over and turn a sprinkler or hose on right on hes car, so the next morning when he wakes up hes entire car will be covered in ice! I got these ideas from my dad, cuase when he was younger, (in highschool) him and hes next door nieghbor always played pratical jokes on each other, these were some of them.

Does he keep his car locked? If so then it's not worth the hassle of getting the hood open through means other than the hood release latch inside. However, I think that you can still reach the starter solenoid from under the car. If you know of somebody else who has a Rabbit, get a look under the hood, and locate it.

If he leaves a window open, freeze a can of shaving cream and then cut the can off and leave the frozen cream in the car. When it thaws it expands and should fill up a good part of the car.

Not really a good part, but enough to make a mess. Look:

I agree with the others...if you vandalize his car, you are saying two things to him.

1. It was me, so now it is your turn to mess with my ride.
2. You are afraid to confront him head on.

You really have three choices....mess with him in secret (get the hayduke books on revenge) and/or
Provoke a fight, but in such a way that you are in control...meaning, make him start it and/or put a video on your ride to catch him the next time he does it. Proof for the cops. He won't go to jail, but the cops can really put the scare on you. Frankly, I am surprised your dad hasn't gotten a couple of buddies to pull him over on a regular basis for this and that. Nothing spoils your day like being pulled over by the cops.

I know your dads a cop, and that will help, but the main thing is you do not want to get into trouble. That sh*t can get expensive.
If you do get into a fight with him, and soundly kick his behind, he will most likely find a cowards way of getting back at you.
Anybody that has the stupidity, and the brass ones to actually spend the time it took to bash in your car in public, is the same type to literally come at you from behind with a knife, or someone close to you.

Personally, as hard as it is to control the urge to bash his effing head in, you are better off making his life a bit of hell with all the great ideas for revenge you can get from those books.
