Did it, ran RCA down drivers side, ran power and remote down passenger side. Hooked up remote to the power antenna out from the dech (civic doesnt have pwr antenna so it was unused) There was already a hole on the passenger side under the carpeting, I am unable to determine the hole is stock or is remnants of the previous owners system.

Anyhow, it sounds great, I just need to add a crossover so that the bass is seperated better from the vocals and treble.

We ended up wiring it for 2 hrs in the radio shack parking lot LOL.
