89 s10 tec 4 running real rich need help

Just bought a new truck and need help. Running ruff and smells like its running really rich. to get it to start i have to floor it to get it to start and keep it running but its spits and spuders. It just dumping fuel into the motor. if get it to start good and try to drive it just spits and spuders and wont go anywhere unless its floored. its an 89 tec 4 ,5 speed. i thank its just a map,02 or some sensor.please help thanks

Easy one.

A full tuneup will most likely fix all your problems.
