Thumbs up SOHC Sprocket Advance or Retard

IvyMike is Correct. However, If your running Headers, Intake, And Exaust with your SOHC VTEC your really looking for bottom end torque. The D16Y8 Has decent top end with the Big Three. But I tell you what you wount even keep up with an LS off the line. So if you advance the timing just a touch it will give you a better jump off of the line.... Now with a 5 speed manual watch that you do not pop the stock clutch. All this extra power is hard enough for the stock clutch to put to the tires, but if you start popping the pedal you'll be S.O.L. really fast. Hope this Helps
