Re: Black Widow Special Edition CRX!
I have seen those wheels on ebay but I think they are too big. I have a couple sets of aoshima 19s and they barely fit under the wheel arches. Fujimi 18s fit pretty good. Anything in this size that looks similar. I thought about the aoshima koenig imp wheels but I'm not sure.

Re: Black Widow Special Edition CRX!
http://www.bodykits.com/ has pictures of this car everywhere... not sure if any of them are that good though.
EDIT- I like the custom hood. Modifiers put out a crx with this bodykit, but no hood or fenders and it just looked... square. I'd go with the custom hood.

Any updates? I'm interested in this project, I came close to trying to do this with a crx Modifier.
EDIT: eh, while I'm at it....

Re: Black Widow Special Edition CRX!
My progress has been a little slow. I hope to have some more work done in the next day or so.

Ok, so it took a few days, but I finally got some progress. I narrowed the "outriggers to what I think is a good size. I took some square styrene tube and began to form the shape of the widebody around the door area. I also added some styrene in the center of the hood and some putty to flatten it out. My plan is to create a hood that looks similar to the real car but I will change it so it doesn't look so square. I also began work on the spoiler.
![]() ![]() Also this will be my first time working with epoxy putty. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
