smoggers didnt notice my zc ... but it was competly stock at the time it was smogged

When I gotta take my shit in in 2 years ill take the header and intake off ... hopefully the exhaust passes.

melt u CAN NOT smog ur car with that header it wont pass visual inspection it NEEDS a carb #

Hey, Melt!
I'm glad you're getting a header, especially a ceramic-coated one (like mine). Since you've already got the cold air intake and the hi-flow cat, you'll probably notice a big difference.
Just waitin' for you to do that MPFI swap, and then you'll be maxxed out.
Good luck keeping it from the parents. The header will look soooo much better than that ugly heat shield over the stock exhaust.
You said it's a two-piece header. Are the studs FIRMLY screwed in? I'm talking about the studs that hold the two pieces together. I didn't have my studs in tight, and ALL of them came loose the very first week. I had to find another stud and use the two-nut system to get them in tight.
Charge up that battery for digi-cam.

I second the above post.. it took about 5 months, but one of my header bolts fell out and now i have a nasty exhaust leak at the downpipe flange

and ill be sure to get the header bolts all going right, didnt put it on yet cause it was raining friday, and I went to team mayhem's meet in sacramento today.

Melt - your title says "Melt, finally does an engine mod" but 4 days later its still not done... so what did you mod? If its not in yet its not a mod - its a part. "Melt, finally buys a header" is a better title :finger:
