Depending on the rims design.
Would not be practical to brush paint so many spokes at a time. Mostly spraypaint, fast, effective and not time consuming.

Both!
Spraypaint the basic colour, then detail with a brush. Finally add a bit of a wash if needed. |

Yea spraypainting is he best ( i guess) but thats means $5 a can,many different color cans..
