HID kits what to get!!!
Hey anyone familiar with HID's im thinking of picking up the Santeca Thunderbeam HID kit, I got a good price on it and im just not sure what to get. Heres the deal i got 4 to pick from...
1)Super White 4300K series 2)White Blue 5200K series 3)Ultra Blue 7500K series 4)Mega Blue 10000K Series Right now im gona get number 2 the 5200k series. Its bright with a hint of blue real nice i was told. But the next kit up is like 60 bux more. Not sure if its any brighter though

Not buying the kit would be a wiser choice. Besides the increase in glare, you can probably get better lightout put by just upping the wattage of your halogen bulbs and run a new relay/wiring harness.
I love the names, "Super white" (not normal white), "White Blue", "ULTRA blue" and "MEGA BLUE" -- wow! Mega.. like Omega Supreme, must be powerful! Anything over 4200k means MORE color LESS light output. Fun.

Do you have the yellow fog lights on your 240? I was wondering how blue lights would look with yellow fog lights? Or are you going to change those too?

Yeah, I think the 5200k is the coolest, too. Probably the one's I'd buy... if I had money to spare!

Yup my headlights are hella needing a good polish but im getting rid of them so why wast the time and effort, My wires are good and everything is dandy just i dont like my lights, plain and simple alot of ppl dont like their lights and im one of them.
Yes i know of other methods, I have considered them and perfer the get projectors later so might as well go HID, I LOVE MY HID's ON MY MAXIMA!!!

Maxima = Factory HID
As for the S14, who is making a headlight kit for that car? I will be surprised the day I see one. I'll be even more surprised if it uses an H4 bulb like the OEM lamp does. I hope this mystical aftermarket projector headlight kit you are looking to buy uses H4 bulbs. Wait, then again.. NO projector uses an H4 bulb that I KNOW of. But what do I know, I dont work on lights.
