proper english equals well thought out posts. people don't have to scratch their heads and figure out what someone said.
it's also a sign of maturity, which some members of this site are severly lacking. and no, that's not pointed at you. just an observation.

I admit, usually I don't use capitals, proper grammar or spelling. But I agree with you stating that punuation is a good sign of an intelligent person, and if your new to the forum you don't want to look that much like a newbie. (I am. :o )
This forum does attract newblars because of it's generic attitutide, but it's still got gods like deak. :o
