yes, they are still working on the computer drawing...not cast yet...

Eightyone used to have Rb26 but it was taking down due to copy from someone else. So Thomas and his team have to redesign the engine again.

Looks good, either way both have similarities with Gios Rb engine. Either way they will be the only ones avaliable since gios is out of production. Will have to get one and mess with it first before moving on to a masterpiece like Gios motor.

PS Nice to see engines being avaliable. Maybe we will see some new ones and not copies.

As has been pointed out, the Tamiya R32 GTR kit has an engine in it and as far as I can remember, it is far from being an expensive kit.

I have to wonder what the extra money would actually get you over the one found in the Tamiya kit.

The "other" GTR engine kit fits very nicely into that model. It's on my short list of to dos. Would make a really, really cool detailed model. I plan on detailing the trunk and the engine bay.

Look for another thread with this engine for sale. There *might* be some similarities...

HD recently released a really nice detail up set for the Group A R32, but we still can't build an accurate engine bay... Wish Gio would recast his.....

actually Gr.A R32 engine is very close to stock in appareance, main difference is airbox which, if I remember right is included in detail set

R33, R34 engines were with sseparate cam covers
