use of liquid copper sealer for craked gasket

How long does a liquid copper sealer should be used before a mayor head repair should be done?

IMO it should not be used. If you are eventually going to repair it properly, then go ahead and do that. That sealer clogs up everything that coolant circulates through if not done properly. If fixing it properly is not an option, I would sell the car.
