MY Security light is flashing and truck wont start
This has been a intermittant problem that would last mostly 15 to 20 min. B ut not today. it is trying ti start but computer kills ignition. Any body have any ideas .. I did have a bypass diode put in but that is not helping this bad signal?????? anybody?

Would be best to get it scanned for PassLock code numbers, then post them here. This would save quite a bit of speculation.

Well I will get it scanned as soon as i can get it to move. Anyway to reset passlock and get it to start?. I tightned up a ground strap under driver door area, but that did not help the condittion//?

Update/////I managed to get it to reset or it did it on its own but it started and i drove it for awile....reset involved turning key on and leaving it for awile ,,three times making sure security light stops dlinking
