1994 mustang gt

i have a mustang they won't run. i have replaced the throttle position sensor, idle air cylinode, power control module, ignition control module. the problem is it first started where it didn't want to crank. then it started surging down the highway and then cut back. now it won't run at all. any advice anyone could offer would be really appreciated.
