could a broken pcv valve cause an evap code

I have had a small evap leak code show up in my 2002 3.3ltr and a valve cover leak. I replaced the valve cover gaskets and noticed the pcv was broke (the part where the rubber hose attaches). I replaced it.

Would any of these cause my trouble code?
