90 caprice weird problem?

hi everybody ive been on here awhile but this is actually my first post anyway i just recently bought a 90 caprice 305tbi the trans was goin out in it so i replaced tht when i hooked evrything back up the alarm light in the car and the oil light flash or sit on with the key off if u pull the fuse out of the alarm the cd player blinks ive found the wire that does it off the starter and traced it back but still not sure wht the prob is if anybody could help it would be greatly appreciated sorry for the lengthy post this is my third caprice first time ive ever experienced this ive always been able to find wht i need on here

Make sure someone did not pinch any wires when reinstalling the trans.

Well i got it fixed. There were no pinched wires. Im pretty sure it was a ground tht was left off. Anyway thanks for the help..
