Heller Alpine Renault A110 Monte-Carlo

I got this kit from my local shop when it was on consignment. I paid like $12 for it. It was partially started, just wheels and body painted, looks like an original issue maybe

1. is this a rare kit,
2. Are Heller kits good quality? seems pretty simple, but a nice kit.

Re: Heller Alpine Renault A110 Monte-Carlo

It's a rare kit, but former Heller kits don't really worse so much, it can only be appreciated by an Alpine specialist and some french modelers for example would appreciate to get it, but if not purchased to get this precise heller kit any Alpine builder will more look to the tamiya kit.
Moreover if I'm not wrong, the Heller kit depicts the 73' corsica version, which has to be a large fenders body (called "ailes pagodes" in french) and I'm not sure the heller kit is right about that.
I think that if you have it you'd better build it and try your best to make it as good as possible.
It will worse more enjoyment to build it than money to sell it back if you don't fall on an Alpine maniac precisely looking for this Heller kit.

thats what I was wondering too, if someone would appreciate this kit. I have no emotional attachment to this car or kit, just picked it up because it looked like a cool build. Has driver figure as well.

I dont think i would appreciate this kit like someone you described. Maybe I will offer it for sale for a fair price

If it meets its audience it can bring a good surprise, you just have to get attention of Alpine fans and builders looking for this special Alpine kit.
