Thank you Brian. I found a local Toyota guy I can ask tomorrow.
One of the parts guys at Napa said it was on the passenger side also.

Solved! Turned out to be the air fuel sensor on bank 2 sensor one. I had replaced bank 1 sensor 1, but found out it needed both. Repair guy said to not run ethanol because it's not good on these sensors.
I've been fighting it for 3 weeks and repair guy found it in 10 minutes.
Guess it pays to have the right tools. My hand held scanner didn't pick up the 2nd bad sensor. Any who, I'm happier than a dog with 2 tails!
