Suspect a bad fuse, relay, sending unit, or fans.

Re: 1994 taurus sho cooling fan not coming on

The electric radiator cooling fan relay is integrated into the Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM). If you turn on the A/C does the fan run? Have you tried hardwiring the fan to see if it will run when powered straight from the battery? The fan motor has three wires going to it. The Black wire is the ground, the Brown/Orange wire is the low speed fan winding , and the high speed winding is the Dark Blue wire.

There's a 50A Cooling Fan fuse in the Engine Compartment Fuse Box and the fan enable lines to the CCRM are pins 14 (low) and 17 (high).

Re: 1994 taurus sho cooling fan not coming on

So does the fan run with the A/C on? Did you check the trigger wires to the CCRM to see if they are giving signal to activate the fan?

The Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor is a two wire sensor, with a gray/red wire that's reference from the PCM and a light green/red wire that's the sense wire back to the PCM. On the 1994 3.2L SHO, the sensor is located on the top LH side of the engine, below the throttle body. The resistance across the sensor should drop as the coolant temperature increases.
