Angry No Power Under 60 kph HELP!!!!!!!

The car is an 1993 Cavy Wagon 4 CYL
It seems to be having problems accelerating to 60 kph but after it hits 60 it takes off and flys.
It has been in to check the tranny but GM said it is fine.
The engine roors but doesn't move the car very well until 60 kph
Help!!!!!!

i think GM people are retarted. its got to be the trainy. if its a rear wheel drive then possibly the differential, but i really doubt it

Yah it was the tranny

It was the second gear in the tranny that was gone. It was caused by a shifter cable that was too short and too tight from the factory. Thanks for the help anyway.
