2003 with an unusual problem....I think

Well My father in law tried to "fix" my wife's Tiburon 6 cyl 6 speed) and somehow caused the window and lock motors to all simultaneously fail. We took it to the dealer and after replacing the computer module they discovered the motors themselves were burned out completely. She said in all her years at Hyundai (20+) she has never seen this happen.

So they want $126 for the window motors and $99 for the lock motors (they used another term other than motor but she said in essence it's the motor.) That price is installed but still too expensive for my budget.

I looked them up on eBay and they sell for $35, am I missing something? Are they easy to install?
