Exclamation Buying used suv need help: Tahoe or expedition?

I only have a certain amount of money and I have narrowed it down to two different types of SUV's

I'm looking for opinions from actual Chevy Tahoe Ford Expedition owners who have or still have had there vehicle in the high mile range of 150k+ range, thanks

My Choices:

1999 Chevy Tahoe LT 2wd 5.7 liter
OR
1997-2002 Ford Expedition 5.4 liter

I'm not concerned about what looks better I'm mainly interested in reliability and yes I know every make has it's flaws and problems so no I am not looking for the "no such thing" of a trouble free vehicle, but the Tahoe I found has just under 200k with recent routine maintenance done and have found a few Expeditions with around 150k-180k, I looked around on some auto parts websites and found that the Expedition is cheaper on parts.

I live in Florida where it's hot as hell most of the year so I use good synthetic oil also.
I want owners experience who have had there Tahoe or Expedition in the mid 150k-200k++ mile range cause if yours has under that it won't help me much cause at high miles is where reliability kicks in depending on your care for the suv. Please leave your thoughts and not just "Chevys or Fords Suck".

Thank you in advance

O'h and I don't have anything big to tow maybe a small 6x12 utility trailer, or maybe a 22' boat in the future but not on a work basis
