buying used corolla - need advice

I am buying a 1999 Toyota Corolla and I want to know how much I should consider the mileage on the car. I found one I love with all the features I want, which has a mileage of 45000km. I found another slightly less desirable one with 40000km mileage, and one with a few less features but with a mileage of 32000km. I'm wondering which would be the better buy and how much the higher mileage would affect the car's functioning.
