98 JGC, Map sensor problems

I had a diagnostic test done about 3 months ago and several things popped up. Map Sensor and ignition coil package secondary unit voltage to high. So i replaced my map sensor and my coil pack. Things were running fine until about a week ago. My car will stall out in the middle of me driving...it will spit and sputter for a couple seconds and shake really bad when parked or stopped, then sound like im reving my engine an then just shut down. It will usually start back up a couple seconds after wards but the other night it wouldnt start for about 5 moins then after it started my check engine light came on. I took it to auto zone and they hooked it up to the machine and said the same thing as the diagnostic test 3 months ago. I dont kno what to do and i dont kno what to replace.
