97 Taurus 3.0L U No Start
I have the above mentioned car that wont start,no ecm communication,Relay Control Module clicking rapidly.Car will fire right up with starting fluid.got a used RCM,no change.I have searched engine compartment and checked/cleaned all visible ground locations,fuses all appear good.Both cooling fans run @ key on.Car was driven to its current location,car sat for a week,battery died and was replaced with new and this problem started,short of buying subscription to Info database, I have not found any wiring diagrams,HAVE searched forum and not found answers.

Sounds like you might have a ground problem at the Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM). I'm not sure how to explain the lack of communication with the ECM though. Do you know that the scan tool used to work with this car? Have you checked the battery voltage when trying to start the car to make sure you got a good battery?
