How much potential does the new gen 2 door gt grand am have, They look tight, but no offense, the engine is boo boo, What is the real difference between the Gt and the base model, what exaust if any is available for the grand am?

The GT is not all that slow, the GT has 175hp while the SE II has 170 and the SE I has 150. As far as exaust goes, are u trying to do like a import kinda thing with the stanless steel exaust with the nice deep sound. Or what are you looking for as far as exaust, you can get a performance muffler for just go to your local muffler shop and they should be able to bend up some pipe and get you a good performance muffler. That should add about 10 hp
