Si CD Player into 98 EX?

Will a cd player from a 2000 Si fit into a 1998 Civic EX?

Not sure... all I know is that if your 98 EX has keyless entry, you'll probably lose it because that runs through the head unit. Also, your dome light runs through the head unit, so you might lose that too.
