Is this board dead? Help me out w/95 z28 keyless entry

I have a Z28 Chevy Camaro that had a keyless entry remote and it worked great, and then I lost it So recently I bought a new keyless entry remote off of ebay but it doesn't work. So can someone please tell me how to reprogram my new keyless entry remote for a Z28 1995 chevy Camaro. I have looked everywhere but nothing. Please help me out ASAP. Thanks

Not sure if the 95 is the same as the 94, but these are instruction for a 94
With the key off, jumper A-G on the ALDL. The car will energize the PL's to let you know it's in programming mode. Push a button on the first fob, and the car will again energize the PL's to let you know it's accepted. Push a button on the 2nd fob, and it'll do the same thing. Then remove the jumper and you're done. Make sure you program both remotes at the same time.HTH
