quick question????

alright now when my car has lets say 140hp when i put on a turbo that gives me 200 more does that 200 more only add when the turbo spools up????

what kind of turbo adds 200 hp to a stock block engine?

figure on adding about 50-70 hp with a turbo kit, maybe about 10 hp per 1 psi.

To answer the question, yes, you only feel the hp that a turbo outputs, when it boosts. But you're looking at it wrong...Think of a dyno graph if you're ever seen one, power increases as rpm increases as engine load increases as boost increases Confusing I know...Just look at a dyno graph...And yes, once again, turbo's only make power when they're boosting.

o.k at hahn racecraft they got a turbo called 20g for eclipse and it gives you 300hp or is that how much the turbo is capable of






o.k my friend just bought a jdm h22a for his civic and he called about performace parts and they ask what model well the motor only says h22a so how does he know what model????

He gets engine parts for the H22a thats it. and the H22 VTEC or NON VTEC and year of H22 are the information needed. As for the rest of the parts they are for a Civic...
