'90 Lumina APV stalls when braking

This vehicle drives beautiful!! But when it warms up, it acts as though it is a manual transmission. When I come to a stop, it stalls like I didn't push in a clutch...no clutch here. (automatic) If I shift into N before I stop, I am ok. And also runs real rich. Changing oxygen sensor to help on the gas consumption. But still baffled as to why this thing acts up when I stop. Would love some info on how to fix this problem. Thanks, Tina

Get a scan tool and check for any trouble codes. Then get a guage and test fuel pump pressure.

Stuck TCC (TOrque COnverter CLutch): this is generally a problem with the TCC solenoid valve.
