New recall info: 99 Regals/Century's

I figure i've done enough of these at work i might as well let you all know. If you haven't gotten any info in the mail from GM and you own a 99 regal or century, you need to take your car into your local dealer and have this recall done:

Low Beam headlamp replacement: Low beams do not point high enough upwards, to a point that adjusting them will not fix the problem, customers should take their cars in and have them replaced with new bulbs.

Thank you

I had the recall done two weeks ago. The lamps seem brighter now as well. Something done at a dealer that didn't cost me anything.

What exactly do they do? I have received numerous notifications on the recall but ignored them. Before receiving the first notice I replaced the headlight bulbs with Silverstars and re-aimed the lights. Worked out great.

Yeah, I just received another notice on my '99 Regal LS. I noticed on the Recall Notice that it states for Headlamp Compliance. I received a bunch of the notices and ignore them too because I installed Sylvania Silverstars. I read that the dealer was supposed to replace the OEM lamps. I responded to GM by marking the other block for not having the recall work performed, list that I had replaced the OEM headlamps with the Silverstars and mailed the card back but I still get the notice.
