Arrow size right?

i have a 94' civic h/b and i want 18" motegi ro_ja. will this fit with out me lowering the car at all and me doing either a little fender cutting or none. or what are my other options to get these to fit?

My friend mike has 92 Si HB and in order to put on 18's he had to raise his car 2" which i really dont see why anyone would wont to do. I would rather go with 17's and still be able to lower it.

you could get away with it if you had really low profile tires (30-series) and your car wasn't lowered.
