If its your car they should charge you at the dealer to unlock it!!!

if it is the theft lock, go to http://www.w-body.com/forum/viewtop...light=theftlock, but if it was, it would say "loc" on the display, not just be blank, my guess is it just needs repaired.

p.s. to be repaired it will need to be unhooked, so when you plug it back in the theft lock will be activated and you'll have to do that anyways
