92 302 EFI flooding during starting

92 f150 is flooding way to much fuel when starting in the morning, just installed a second set of plugs, black smokes and runs rough until all the fuel is burned, warms up , runs great, it is 302 efi, i changed the TPS, PLUGS,CAP, CHECKED TIMING, AIR FILTERS CHANGED, it is flooding all the plugs, i checked fuel preassure, it was around 32 lbs. 40 lbs. during starting, which sensor do i change next?
