87 F-150 302 EFI idles irratically
The above starts and runs fine and idles smoothly after it is warm
When it is cold, the rpms are up and down, up and down until it finally smooths down. Is there choke module that is bad or something? I have recently installed new plugs, new fuel filter, new air filter. Any help will be appreciated..

EGR?
Someone mentioned the EGR valve or the fast idle selenoid.
Anybody got a suggestion?? EGR is about $65.00

found problem
It was the Idle Air control Valve also known as the Idle Bypass valve.
Haynes manual shows how to test with an ohm meter. part was about $65.00 Replaced EGR too but the IAC valve fixed the problem.
