easiest way to strip paint?? anyone
anyone know an easy way to strip paint besides sandpaper?? thanks in advance

I know you said besides sandpaper, but 320 Grit works really well to scuff the paint up and strip a lot of it.
For striping metal: Soak in acetone for about 20minutes-1hour and rub the paint with some steel wool, like an SOS pad. If you have a dremel get a soft nickel wire wheel. It takes awhile but really strips the paint, also you may need a few wire wheels. The Acetone and Steel Wool is probably one of the fastest ways to strip die casts.

Try paint stripper from any hardware store or any place that sells paint. Just look near the spray paint.

try aircraft remover it takes of piant from metasl surfaces it works real good they sell it at wal mart, autozone anywhere they sell stuff for touching up cars
|

Acetone is cheap so its ok to get a new batch every time. You can buy a gallon of it for a couple bucks.
