Anyone Know the easiest way to make a J pipe?

Whats the easiest way to make a J pipe to install my ev3 big 16g on my 2g car? I really do not want to spend a $150 for the damn thing.

Thanx Eric

Try going to any exhaust shop and asking them to custom mandrel bend you up a j pipe. That would probably be the least expensive way other than getting the pipe and bending it yourself.

Well if you're still using the stock side-mount IC and stock lower IC piping, then you can use the stock 1g j-pipe. All you have to do is flip the lower IC pipe over, and stretch it a wee bit to get it over the 1g j-pipe. It will definitely work, I did it with my old 14b

Don't you also need the 2gen install kit for oil and coolant?...I don't know.. you might already have it....
You might want to see if anyone has one for sale on www.dsmtrader.com or even ebay i've seen them somewhat cheap...

There is absolutely no need for the over-priced 2g install kit. All you need is a 1g j-pipe (or aftermarket one if you're running a FMIC), a SS oil feed line, and a couple gaskets.
