nice primer and red color. glossy, just a bit orange peel, should be cured by polishing.

I have just started the rebuild of a 250 GTO i built maybe 15 years ago. Don't remember what manufacturer it is of my kit, but it is pretty detailed and had racing decals. Will put it up here soon. Stripping like 2mm thick old brushed paint off it right now

I ran into a bit of a dead end with this kit, I may restart it in the summer. I decided I didn't like the paint, there was too much peel, I'm never going to use anything other than halfords or Tamiya again, it's too risky, spluttering can and so-on.

I've finished the chassis, I might take some pictures if there's interest. Just need to strip the body and respray.
