Wow, that looks so much better than the first image.

Awesome job.

What technique did you use to blend? You did a good job on blending and the illusion of light coming in to the interior of the car.

Yup he has 3 of dem bad boys along with other classic GM cars. He needs to sell two of them and spend his money more wisely, just my opinion. Those rides are just so aggressive esp. with big rims (g-machine style)

In Texas they go for about 12-15K.

Yeah the first imaged sucked, so i scanned it again and it looks a lot better now. This was done in HB and several tortillions, I like the tortillions for small areas so it worked really well for the interior, i lay down a little HB then use the tortillion to do most of the work, hope it helps if you need me to explain more just ask,

Asaenz, up in here in Chicago the lowest ive seen is like 5k for a early GN in bad condition, normally anywhere from 8-15, I have seen some T-types, same engine but less powerful in a Regal, for really cheap so I always wanted to get one of those and paint it black like a GN,

Ok, I think this would be a cool idea. Tell me what you think.

Purchase a regular Regal and purchase GN body parts (if you can even do that) paint it black and use a 350ci engine as the power plant.

I think that would be pretty cheap. No turbo but hey witha 350 crate engine you would have lots of torque and 350HP.

What do ya think?

Thx
Alfred

That sounds like a very good idea and wouldnt be that expensive, some Regals came with a 305 so the swap to a 350 wouldnt be hard at all, Regals are cheap, 350 crates can be cheap, you wouldnt have to buy many body parts at all, GM produced 6-7 cars that shared the same chassis and very similiar body styles, the GN and the Regal were two of those, and both of them being buick there body are almost identical, the parts you might need would be very small parts, the largest part might be the hood

Been doing some searching.

Are the only body diff. b/t a GN and Regal, just the hood and trunk deck spoiler?

That sounds about right, the body difference is very small, sounds like a fun cheap project

Re: Chris Chow's TT Grand National Finished

looks good man, however i think that you would get alot more positive responses if you pushed the contrast and tried to get some really dark darks and some really bright whites, just my 2 cents
