Revell Buick Grand National

This has to be one of the ugliest cars i've ever seen, but its so darn cool. when i saw this on the shelf i had to have it. almost every part is supposed to be painted black, so i've gotten pretty far considering my time constraints. here is a progress pic.

I bought it a few days ago. It looks like a really nice kit. I was surprised when everything was molded in black. I never expected that with a Revell kit.

I have the Buick GNX kit. Seems to be a great kit, with wiring and hoses included
And I don't think it's ugly.. well actually it is, but ugly in a good way, somehow.

Yeah, I would like to know what color yours is going to be as well. Do you, or anybody, happen to know what colors the car came in?

The neutral gray isn't really neutral gray. the closest I could find was Euro I Gray by model masters. I'm painting the body gloss black like the instructions say.

Good old USA classic !!.......built in the days when the only thing that was "ROUND" on them was the wheels and the steering wheel

True, its butt ugly, but its good to see it finished and looking good.
Nice work.
