^ Hell yes! The fact is not all heads are created equal and yes Vtec is way cool to have on your LS. But you should not bother with switching over ($$$$) to Vtec if you have an LS (unless you plan on going straight up N/A). The LS head has it own qualities to play with. The LS engine is poised and ready to get a turbo and the head has so much room for improvement by simply boreing it out. It will be less work to just port the head on an LS and also you will get more precise tuning for your turbo. The vtec is really a feature that is for high reving RPM's found on a N/A car. Most turbo'd engines are to be rev'd past 7k-7500 and vtec is ment for making sure your engine (head) is properly functioning at intense RPM's from 5k to.... well the sky is the limit if you have really tuned your head for N/A but lets say 8500 (9500 perhaps <my goal
